Description
Join JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Control Management team, the first line of defense against operational, regulatory, and reputational risks. Be part of a dynamic team in Asset and Wealth Management Controls Strategy & Innovation, leading digital transformation to enhance customer engagement and business growth with AI-promoten and data analytic capabilities.As a Product Delivery Associate within the Asset and Wealth Management Controls Strategy & Innovation team, you will help lead complex technology projects that promote business goals. You will participate in the technology development lifecycle, and your strong understanding of the financial services industry and JPMorgan Chase's IT systems will contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings, navigating complex problems and promoting strategic thinking. Your strong communication skills will be showcased while collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating innovative and accessible solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Manager to deliver the project objective with or without precedent (including project conception, planning, requirements gathering, suctioning, governance, and decision-making) based upon targeted business outcomes, dependencies, and stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with various teams, including project sponsors, business stakeholders, Technology, Operations, Product, Risk, Control, Compliance, and Legal in defining, prioritizing and achieving strategic objectives, and ensuring projects meet the approved business requirements
- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
- Communicate confidently and clearly to team members and stakeholders
- Assist with the development and maintenance of roadmaps for communication with Program stakeholders
- Operate with an iterative mindset and incorporate user feedback and insights to continuously improve the overall user experience of our offerings
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 3+ years of product or project related experience or equivalent
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills; must be able to communicate progress and issues to the team and stakeholders regularly, thoroughly, and clearly throughout project
- Proven experience as a project manager or similar role with the ability to lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to project implementation including requirement gathering, process design, technology development, testing and business readiness
- Working knowledge of investment industry rules, regulations and guidelines
- Experience managing multiple projects of varying size and complexity
- Strong and efficient skills using MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with AI/ML product development
- Agile project management experience, including use of agile project management tools (i.e. Confluence, JIRA, etc.)
- PM Certification a plus
