Position Summary
The Innovation Strategy Associate is aligned under the Strategy group and will report to the Director of Innovation Strategy. This role will independently conduct market research to fully understand the competitive landscape and help define the strategic plan for how Levanto's products will fit into the landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is changing the status quo in how a healthcare provider goes to market and provides an environment that stimulates professional growth.
- Hybrid position, will travel to Dallas, TX one week each month
The pay range for this position is $40.35/hour (entry level qualifications) - $62.52/hour (highly experienced). The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidate's specific qualifications and prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide market intelligence to the Levanto portfolio of product teams
- Contribute to current product market trend and competitor analytics by keeping a pulse on opportunities and threats
- Analyze competitors and draft key market guidance in collaboration with Product Leads
- Interview key industry leaders to conduct market testing and research
- Regularly publish market data and relevant news
- Conduct targeted research on strategic priorities (e.g., product pricing)
- Partner with Go-to-Market team on internal and buyer-facing analyses and materials
- Create executive presentations for BSWH and Levanto leadership
- Provide team operations support (e.g., manage internal comms plan, facilitate team meetings)
- Participate in ideation and evaluation of potential products to bring to market
- Collaborate with strategy leadership to adjust scoring and scoping models for new ideas based on feasibility, barriers to entry, and market demand
- Develop and maintaining a knowledge network and key stakeholders across the organization for specific areas
- Contribute to the Levanto team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in strategy consulting, startups, customer insights and/or market research, or new product development
- 2 years minimum of professional experience in healthcare
- Ability to use research to communicate a point of view through usage of tools such as excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field
- Strong ties to the Dallas, Austin, or Houston communities
LOCATION: Hybrid, Dallas
SCHEDULE: Full Time, M-F
