Position Overview:
This individual contributor role leads, coordinates, and project manages integrated execution and innovation programs across the country and bottler teams to drive system-wide efficiency, and growth. Act as a key integrator between local, regional, teams for the planning, implementation, and improvement of routines, initiatives, focusing on activations, system engagements and innovation in processes, frameworks, and capability building.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver integrated execution and innovation strategies that support the franchise's vision, rooted in market insights and gap assessments.
Act as point of integration for franchise and bottler teams during strategic planning (LRP, ABP) in partnership with the GM and Strategy, ensuring timely collection, consolidation, and communication of inputs and priorities.
Coordinate Quarterly T2T at KO and Region bottler level, as well as the Monthly T2Ts and project submissions, ensuring alignment with internal teams.
Project Manage the Innovations, NPD's of the market, working with the brand teams, TISC and Franchise GM as well as the bottler leadership.
Project Manage key National and Regional Activations, integrated marketing and commercial programs in partnership with marketing, Commercial and the Bottlers.
Project manage the rollout and ongoing refinement of key business frameworks, setting and tracking KPIs for consistent high-quality execution across all markets.
Manage the adaptation and local delivery of global methodologies, templates, and playbooks; monitor adherence to requirements and reporting standards.
Build franchise capability by developing and leading annual learning and skill development programs in partnership with bottlers and functional leads.
Analyze and report on commercial and customer metrics for impactful decision making; initiate interventions and communicate updates based on data-driven insights.
Facilitate cross-market and cross-functional sharing of best practices to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Accelerate adoption of digital tools and analytics that enable portfolio optimization, outlet segmentation, and improved execution efficiency.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field.
At least 5+ years' experience in commercial operations, project management, or franchise/business integration roles.
Experience managing cross-functional projects or working in matrixed environments, ideally within FMCG or franchise organizations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
Familiarity with digital tools, business metrics/analytics, and capability-building principles.
