Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments that lead to the development of comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Administer therapeutic interventions rooted in evidence-based practices, applying solution-focused techniques to facilitate meaningful change.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation and records consistent with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in case consultations, team meetings, and peer reviews to ensure integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Virginia is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying solution-focused interventions and other evidence-based therapies.
• Strong communication skills and effective problem-solving capabilities are essential.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
