Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments of patients to identify their needs and challenges, ultimately leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings to effectively address patient issues and help them achieve their goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and effective communication within the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate coordinated care for patients, ensuring they have access to comprehensive support.
• Provide educational resources and emotional support to patients and their families, guiding them through treatment processes and fostering a strong support system.
• Stay current with advances in mental health practices and research to continually improve your skills and enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an educational institution accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Virginia.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience
