Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their individual mental health challenges, ensuring a comprehensive view of their needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that resonate with clients' personal goals and foster their overall mental well-being.
• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to promote positive change in adults.
• Offer teletherapy services through secure digital platforms, ensuring a seamless connection with clients regardless of their location.
• Assist clients in crisis situations by providing immediate intervention services with care and expertise, helping them navigate urgent mental health challenges.
• Participate in ongoing education and training sessions to stay updated on current trends and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice focuses exclusively on adult clients, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to foster meaningful connections with clients and team members.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in supporting clients on their mental health journeys.
• Strong organizational skills to manage your caseload and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
• A clean disciplinary record with your licensing board.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse client populations and a variety of mental health challenges.
• Proficiency in virtual therapy practices and familiarity with telehealth technology.
• Background in crisis intervention and management.
