KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Payer Modernization Organization.
Responsibilities :
- Help to develop, sell and deliver technology enabled healthcare strategy and transformation service offerings
- Lead high-performing teams comprised of resources across service lines including process, technology and analytics talent
- Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of payer, provider or PBM operations and act as a subject matter professional across transformation projects
- Support the development of new business through relationship building and project proposal efforts
- Drive team performance and quality delivery through appropriate project management, project budget management and issue resolution
- Participate in continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings
Qualifications :
- A minimum of eight years of consulting experience in health payer industry or executive level experience working in a health payer organization; demonstrated understanding of healthcare reform and other key industry trends/drivers (value-based care, medical management, health payer operational efficiency, consumerism)
- Masters degree from an accredited college/university
- Direct experience in leading large transformation projects which includes managing complex project budgets and timelines, significant stakeholder engagement and management and understanding complex regulatory issues and the ability to identify business opportunities, attract new business and build lasting professional relationships with senior client executives and relevant skills in project management with hands-on experience
- Excellent foundational consulting skills such as analytical, written and verbal communication, client presence along with facilitation and presentation skills
- Willing to travel up to 80-100%
