Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, developing tailored treatment plans based on identified needs.
- Deliver individualized therapy sessions, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, adapted to suit each client's unique situation.
- Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment strategies to track progress effectively.
- Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer virtual engagement, ensuring accessibility and flexibility.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment effectiveness to uphold ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, staying abreast of the latest research and best practices in the field to enhance clinical competencies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- Possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000–100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
