Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, developing tailored treatment plans based on identified needs.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, adapted to suit each client's unique situation.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment strategies to track progress effectively.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer virtual engagement, ensuring accessibility and flexibility.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment effectiveness to uphold ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, staying abreast of the latest research and best practices in the field to enhance clinical competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will significantly impact individuals from various backgrounds, including adults and adolescents struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• Possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Exhibit empathy, a nonjudgmental attitude, and a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health struggles.

Preferred Experience

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000–100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
