Work Environment

This role operates in a state-of-the-art community health clinic that provides outpatient treatment for young adults aged 18 to 30. Our clinic adopts a holistic approach to mental health care, utilizing evidence-based practices in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for a range of impactful tasks designed to support our clients' recovery journeys:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead enriching group therapy sessions that foster a sense of community and connection among clients, encouraging them to share experiences and support one another.
• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling, guiding clients to delve into their thoughts and feelings, identifying coping strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with each client to establish customized treatment plans that reflect their goals, preferences, and clinical needs, ensuring a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
