Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, where you will work directly with patients in our warm, welcoming clinic facilities designed for optimum rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify specific physical therapy needs.
• Develop and administer customized treatment plans that take individual patient goals and progress into account.
• Provide one-on-one treatments, managing an average caseload of one patient per hour to ensure focused and personalized care.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and promote wellness by designing individualized fitness and rehabilitation programs.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Maintain open lines of communication with patients, keeping them informed of their treatment paths and progress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education to remain updated on industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary patient demographic includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Virginia State licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Expertise in manual therapy techniques along with proficiency in creating exercise protocols tailored to various patient conditions.
• Familiarity with using WebPT for electronic medical records management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate patients through the rehabilitation process.
• Prior involvement with patient education initiatives and wellness programming is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary package, we offer comprehensive benefits that may include:
