Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients in hospice care, involving both patients and their families in the process.

Patient Population / Client Focus
Your primary focus will be on patients in hospice care, which involves addressing complex emotional responses to terminal diagnoses. Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution is required.
- A valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

- Strong communication skills that facilitate effective interactions with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
