Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to establish each patient's mental health status.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, incorporating evidence-based practices and interventions.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including individual counseling, group therapy, and crisis intervention as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with both legal and organizational standards.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary treatment team to discuss patient progress and modify treatment strategies accordingly.
• Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health and coping mechanisms.
• Stay informed about the latest research developments in mental health to continuously improve care standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient demographic, including children, adolescents, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of direct experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating strong clinical skills and an ability to assess and interpret various psychological conditions. Experience providing therapy and support to families in school settings or outpatient clinics will be greatly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
