Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, to effectively understand clients' mental health statuses and individual needs.
- Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that resonate with each client's goals, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
- Provide individual therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing solution-focused techniques that inspire positive transformation.
- Deliver teletherapy sessions, enhancing accessibility and continuity of care, which allows clients to engage with therapeutic services from the comfort of their own homes.
- Respond to mental health crises with professionalism, offering immediate intervention and support as needed.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed of the latest trends and best practices within the mental health field.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your clinical work will focus on adult clients who seek support for a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. By providing compassionate and tailored services, you will play a crucial role in empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients will be vital in fostering sustainable therapeutic relationships that facilitate healing and growth.
Qualifications
- A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills for meaningful engagement with clients and team members.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach, maintaining a non-judgmental attitude while supporting clients in their mental health endeavors.
- Exhibiting strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to handle caseloads and administrative duties efficiently.
- Possessing a clean disciplinary record with the licensing board.
Preferred Experience
- At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health or counseling setting.
- Familiarity with teletherapy practices and remote clinical tools.
- Experience in providing crisis intervention services.
Compensation and Benefits
