Integro Wellness & Therapy is seeking a full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dedicated team in Tacoma, Washington. Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Integro Wellness & Therapy, you will:

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that promote connection and shared growth among clients, helping them learn from each other's experiences.
• Provide individualized therapy tailored to each client's needs, guiding them through their thoughts and feelings while helping them develop effective coping strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive and personalized treatment plans, establish clear goals, and regularly assess progress against these objectives.
• Monitor client progress using various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms, ensuring that treatment remains effective and relevant.
• Work in concert with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and share valuable insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating a variety of mental health challenges. Engaging with this demographic requires not only a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques but also an understanding of the unique pressures and transformations they face during this pivotal life stage. Qualifications

• A valid license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Washington (LPC required).
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field; further advanced degrees are advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a clinical or community health setting, particularly with young adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
