Work Environment
This full-time role requires the Physical Therapist to work onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center. Our facility boasts over 5,000 square feet of specialized space, equipped with the latest technology in sports medicine and rehabilitation. You will be part of a supportive team consisting of experienced physical therapists and rehabilitation specialists, all working together to foster an environment that prioritizes patient care and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and establish treatment goals.
- Manage an individualized caseload, typically seeing one patient per hour, allowing for focused and effective therapeutic interventions.
- Utilize a variety of treatment techniques to improve patients' mobility and reduce pain, thereby enhancing their quality of life.
- Design comprehensive care plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's specific needs.
- Motivate and encourage patients to engage in their recovery process, ensuring they feel supported throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to implement coordinated care strategies.
- Document all patient interactions comprehensively using WebPT EMR Software to maintain accurate medical records and treatment progress.
- Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes and modify care plans as necessary to optimize results.

Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- Valid Virginia state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, with a clean professional record.

- Proficiency in WebPT EMR Software for efficient patient documentation and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills geared toward patient interaction and team collaboration.

- Experience with alternative treatment methods to support the reduction of reliance on medications.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this full-time position is competitive, with a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
