Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy, counseling, and psychotherapy to clients, designing tailored treatment plans that prioritize their specific needs.
- Gather comprehensive data on patients through methodical interviews, case histories, and observational techniques to inform therapeutic strategies.
- Analyze collected data to identify underlying issues and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions or referrals to other specialists when necessary.
- Ensure timely documentation and communication by submitting client records within 24 hours of service delivery.
- Engage in ongoing professional development by attending and completing all mandatory training sessions.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our client population consists of individuals seeking mental health support across various demographics, including those exploring the therapeutic use of psychedelics and other non-traditional healing methods. The LCSW will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing a safe space for exploration and healing that acknowledges individual experiences, identities, and needs.
Qualifications
- Valid LCSW designation or equivalent degree in a directly related field.
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
- Capability to become credentialed with insurance panels, supplemented by necessary malpractice insurance.
- A commitment to managing a minimum caseload of 10 client sessions per week, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
- Proficiency utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate patient tracking and treatment documentation.
Preferred Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical counseling principles, social work methodologies, and evidence-based therapies tailored to diverse populations.
- Familiarity with addressing legal and ethical considerations pertinent to patient care, ensuring clients' rights are upheld.
- A keen interest and understanding of holistic approaches to mental health, particularly those involving non-traditional modalities such as psychedelics, mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork.
- Strong technical skills related to telehealth platforms to enhance virtual treatment effectiveness.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
