Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns and create personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
- Provide individual therapy employing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to clients' specific challenges.
- Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals, ensuring active participation in monitoring their progress throughout the treatment process.
- Offer teletherapy options, utilizing video conferencing technology to enhance accessibility for clients with mobility issues or those residing in remote areas.
- Document all client interactions accurately and in a timely manner to comply with ethical and regulatory standards, keeping client confidentiality as a priority.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of best practices and new developments in the field of psychotherapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, navigating various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution.
