Mental Strength Makers Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated, passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time, remote position. This role is designed for professionals who have at least three years of post-licensure clinical experience and are eager to provide outstanding virtual therapy services to our clients. The LCSW will be responsible for managing a caseload of 25 or more clients while contributing to improved mental health outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and perform ongoing evaluations of client progress.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
- Administer therapeutic interventions that are culturally sensitive and inclusive, particularly focusing on the mental health of men and the LGBTQIA+ community.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies using the designated electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the detox center to facilitate the best care coordination and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
- Stay current with ongoing training and developments in the field of mental health, participating in professional development opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The LCSW will primarily work with adult clients, many of whom are navigating complex mental health challenges related to substance use and recovery. Our clientele may include individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, requiring sensitivity and expertise in addressing the unique stressors they face. This role is pivotal in helping clients move towards mental resilience and strength as they embark on their healing journeys.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
- Active LCSW license to practice in the state of Arizona.
- A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapies, particularly CBT and Psychodynamic Therapy.
- Experience working with adults aged 18 and over, with a focus on those impacted by addiction issues.
- Possession of professional malpractice insurance.
- Commitment to providing culturally competent care, particularly for minority and diverse populations.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with issues faced by the LGBTQIA+ community is highly valued.
- Experience in addressing men's mental health concerns is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulations within the healthcare sector.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
