Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the responsibility for delivering psychotherapy services to individuals presenting with a wide range of mental health challenges. Your specific duties will entail:
- Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client needs and developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
- Implementing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to provide effective care tailored to individual client preferences.
- Accurately documenting clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal protocols to ensure confidentiality and quality of care.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to create cohesive treatment strategies that enhance patient outcomes.
- Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at improving client care and addressing clinical challenges.
- Offering education and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower informed decisions.
- Staying abreast of the latest research trends, methodologies, and ethical considerations in the mental health field to continually elevate your clinical practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your client base will comprise individuals experiencing diverse mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment disorders, primarily resulting from end-of-life issues associated with hospice care. You will work closely with patients and their families to provide compassionate support tailored to their unique needs, thereby fostering their overall well-being during challenging times.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- A current and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in delivering psychotherapy services.
- Strong understanding and application of solution-focused interventions, ensuring effective and efficient treatment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate clinical challenges with ease.
- A proven record of working well within a team dynamic is essential.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in end-of-life care settings, particularly related to the hospice environment.
- Proficiency in additional therapeutic modalities not limited to CBT and DBT.
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote session facilitation.
Compensation and Benefits
Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
