Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in the mental health treatment of our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the specific mental health needs of each individual.
- Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate best practices and evidence-based approaches.
- Administering various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities suited to your clients' needs.
- Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and fellow counselors to coordinate a holistic approach to patient care.
- Engaging in proactive communication with clients and their families, providing educational resources about mental health and available support services.
- Staying informed about the latest mental health research and integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your work will directly impact a wide range of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing diverse mental health challenges. You will be equipped to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various emotional and behavioral issues. The remote nature of our clinic means you will be able to reach clients who may not have had access to traditional in-person services, promoting broader mental health equity.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Connecticut.
- At least two years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy.
- Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques focused on solutions and positive outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide:
