Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to accurately identify mental health concerns and craft individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals and monitor their progress regularly, adapting treatment approaches as necessary based on client feedback and outcomes.
- Provide timely teletherapy options for clients, ensuring accessibility for those who may face challenges attending in-person sessions.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to enhance your clinical skills and remain abreast of emerging mental health practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
- A valid and active professional license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience working independently in a clinical setting without supervision.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate, client-centered approach to care.
- Proficient with technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems, to efficiently manage client care and documentation.
Preferred Experience
While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who possess additional experience in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or specialized therapy techniques. Familiarity with the nuances of teletherapy and the ability to engage clients in a virtual setting is considered an asset. Candidates with a proven record of success in exacerbating treatment outcomes and fostering client engagement will excel in this role.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
