Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy sessions through live video engagements, focusing on the mental health and developmental needs of adult clients.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers to formulate integrated treatment strategies that ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments, track functional improvements, and employ goal progress measurements to continuously refine therapy approaches and enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support to colleagues within the organization, sharing insights and strategies that facilitate effective intervention.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients served at Restore Wellness span a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and other psychological conditions. Our focus is on providing targeted support to adults across diverse backgrounds, ensuring that treatment is culturally sensitive and responsive to the unique needs of each client. As a therapist in our team, you will play a crucial role in advancing the emotional resilience of these individuals, facilitating their journey towards improved mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT, LPC, LICSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a mental health clinician in the state of Washington.
• Demonstrated commitment to treating a variety of populations and mental health disorders, emphasizing a culturally competent approach to therapy.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of recent experience deploying cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches in treating adult clients with diverse mental health concerns.
• Prior experience working with individuals in at-risk circumstances or those with heightened mental health needs.
• Adeptness at leveraging technology to enrich clinical practice and improve client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
