Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and detailed evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health status, needs, and goals.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aligned with each client's objectives, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients via teletherapy, employing techniques that foster engagement and therapeutic alliance.
• Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies, ensuring client safety and welfare at all times.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed on best practices, latest trends, and advancements in the mental health field.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative discussions to enhance therapeutic practices and case management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients are diverse adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications

• A valid, active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, accompanied by a non-judgmental approach to client interaction.
• Exemplary organizational skills, with the capacity to manage time effectively in a virtual setting.
• No history of disciplinary actions with any licensing board.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applications from therapists at various experience levels, preference will be given to candidates with experience in telehealth practices or those who have successfully managed caseloads in virtual therapy settings. Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and evidence-based therapeutic techniques will enhance your application.
