Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with clients experiencing various emotional disorders, providing individualized, evidence-based care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that focus on improving family dynamics, addressing harmful behavioral patterns, and meeting personal goals.
• Utilize video conferencing technology to deliver high-quality remote therapy, ensuring that clients feel comfortable and engaged during each session.
• Facilitate the development of effective coping strategies among individuals and families, encouraging proactive problem-solving and healthy communication.
• Assess and diagnose clients' mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations, formulating actionable treatment plans that align with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adults facing a spectrum of emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, and interpersonal issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• An active and valid LMFT license, demonstrating your qualifications to practice in the state.
• At least three years of professional experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist, providing evidence-based care.
• Proficiency in using telehealth tools and video conferencing software to facilitate remote therapy sessions; experience in telemedicine is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
